THE GOOD

I thought this year was great! The YM Booth FINALLY brought out the halaal rice krispy treats, and personally, I think that made our booth the best one there. We had the basketball mini-game too, but there was no Wii this year, nor an XBOX tournament.

The YC sessions were amazing, masha'Allah- I only went to one ICNA session on the fiqh of ethics in Medicine, which was really good.

If I had to pick the #1 best moment at YC this year, it would definitely be performing at the Entertainment Session with Subby, Asad, and Baba Ali. That skit made the entire weekend for me.

THE BAD

No matter how hard I try, they never let me into the Camali Play area with the rock climbing and the bungee jumping. It just isn't fair at all.

THE UGLY

As painful as it is for me to admit this... ...this was the first YC in 5 years in which I didn't buy a plastic sword. I'm still reeling in shock- it wasn't that they didn't have the swords- it was just... ...I told myself a bunch of times to go get one, and I completely forgot to go buy one. If it wasn't for the Entertainment Session, this alone would've killed this convention for me.

Salam

Overall I thought it was really good, although I didn't get to hear all of the main sessions because I was so busy at the booth, from the ones that I did hear, I left the room with some knowledge and that's what matters the most at the end of the day.

Jazakallah to everyone who helped out at the booth, really came through big time. I thought the organization as a whole did a good job in everything, publicity, the booth, the main sessions, and of course the intensive class which was a great idea. And inshallah we'll make it even better next year, because I know we have the potential.

Alhamdulilah I had a good time and it was all from Allah SWT, may Allah reward all of those who put there time into making this Youth Conference a success.

Oh and the skit plus Nihal singing the Nasheed, loved them both. Good job guys.

I didn't catch Zain Bhika's performance though.
